New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are unsatisfied with the service.

Token top-ups

One-time token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your wallet, except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly tokens may roll over per your plan terms.
